I have been in the punk scene since a young age and always thought it was just normal to have this ringing in my ears, the idea of wearing ear plugs never even crossed my mind.
Then, I started noticing kids wearing them around their neck at shows and using them.  Cool or not it became sort of fashionable in our scene and they most certainly serve their purpose.
I think it just takes the right marketing, like getting cool musicians to represent them and it would be no trouble to make them look cool.  Just make them in different patterns or colors, or completely undetectable.  Offering cool carrying cases, etc, would also get kids on the bandwagon.</description>

		<description>I never wore them when I was younger, which is why I have such bad tinnitus now. Now, I don&#039;t give a f and I wear them, cool or not lol. They&#039;re my ears, everyone else at the concert should mind their own business and watch the show !</description>
