Are there any therapys to help improve the loss of hearing?

Oh, I wish there were.
In the majority of cases, it’s caused by damage to the hearing organ, which isn’t treatable.
The only "treatment" I’ve heard of is more of "how to deal with it". Antidepressants, masking noises, relaxation, less caffeine, hearing protection.
Some "healthy" sites recommend various vitamins, etc., but really, there’s nothing that can be done.
You should see a doctor to see if it’s being caused by something else other than hearing damage.
