Where can one look for a tinnitus cure!?

I have been pulling my hair out the last three days because of this incessant ringing noise in my ears. I believe this is known as tinnitius. Who can can advise me?

Sadly there is no cure, but it seems to be neurological related, but I can not locate the article on that. Here is what Med line has.
I got relief for tinnitus. I know that conventional wisdom will tell you that there is no chance of a cure but my friend unearthed a website http://www.t-gone.com that offered much support in finding the cause of her tinnitus. So I would advise a visit.
