What's being done to cure deafness/hearing loss and tinnitus?

I know what causes all of those things, I just want to know, what steps are being taken to eliminate the problem, also, if there’s a reliable organization I could donate money to to support their research for it.
I just wanna know, what’s being done to help restore our hearing, and stop tinnitus?

There is ways to treat it and potentially cure it completely. As mentioned above me, there are techniques in which will improve and in many cases eliminate tinnitus. Check it out below to see what I mean

If you don’t mind, I would like to recommend this good site that I found really helped. I use to have serious tinnitus until I found this site. It showed me 11 techniques to cure my tinnitus. I just use 3 techniques and my tinnitus cured.
