what is the best remedy for tinnitus?

i have tried zinc, ginko biloba, and ascorbic acid or vitamin C 1000 mg twice daily and none them seem to work. Please help!

That depends entirely on the cause. Have you had it evaluated by an ear, nose and throat specialist? If you haven’t you’re just wasting time and money on things that may have no bearing on the problem.
There is no cure for tinnitius. It is permanent. Your ENT doc should have told you this when you got the diagnosis.
