There is a vitamin supplement on the market which is listed for treating tinnitis. I do not know the name of it – you would have to google it. Some people have said it works, others say it does not. Might be worth a try. Often, tinnitis is self-limiting and goes away without treatment. Also, you learn to tune out the noise. Trying a decongestant sometimes will help a little.
well i had tinitus super bad once and it didnt let me sleep. i told my docvtor and all he did was give me sleeping pills.
