Can any one explain me what are the ear tinnitus symptoms ?

I think tinnitus is curable and many people recovered from that.It’s symptoms is just ringing ears.I am go through your friend’s link and there it is clearly explained.

The symptom is a very high pitched squeaking noise in one or both ears that goes on for ages.
There is no known cure.
