What 'alternative' products are good to try for tinnitus?

I’ve seen regular doctors and they basically say live with it.
Any vitamins or products out there that can help lessen/eliminate tinnitus?

Apparently to have an ultimate cure for tinnitus is kinda impossible. I am not too sure about that too. However, there are lots of relief method for tinnitus.
Some are :
