Keeping soothing/relax music in the background help me a lot. After a couple months having some type of nice music (office, car, home) the noise is less noticeable. I had days that I do not hear the noise. Meditation also helps. Last, try ignore this sound. Do not think too much about it. I noticed that when I am under a lot of stress the noise is awful. Avoid stressful situations. Hope this help.

I used to work across the street from a senior center, and a number of the folks who lived there would come in and chat while waiting for the bus….because we sold CD’s they would ask if we had any of white noise…and thats how I found out that many people with chronic ringing in the ears are helped by white noise….
