Tinnitus remedies can someone advise me about any that actually produces results.?
My heart breaks when I have to watch my grandmother battling to cope with the ringing noses in her ears! That is not the worst though, as she find it hard to fall asleep her overall health is also starting to suffer. It appears to me that because she is always so irratable and anxious, she doesn’t get to sleep much and always seems to catch virtually every sickness that is doing the rounds. Is this be related to her tinnitis? I am searching for a tinnitus cure right now.

The best thing to help a tinnitus sufferer sleep is a soft, steady stream of noise in the background, as from a fan or air conditioner. Tinnitus most often becomes an irritant only during moments of silence in a room.
Fans, air conditioners, wind, and white noise are the only remedies for sleep lost to tinnitus.
I have had tinnitus for a number of years and nothing I have found reduces the ringing in my ears. I have learned to live with it as I expect your grandmother has. It hasn’t effected my sleep yet. I hope the kids today turn down their music and save their ears for their old age. I was in a rock band in HS and drove trucks for 30 years and have lived with noises a long time.
