Tinnitus, ear pain, neck pain and dizziness?

I have been getting ear aches, tinnitus, neck pain and dizziness for about 6 weeks now and they show no signs of going away. Im starting to wonder if there’s something bad wrong with me. If anybody could tell me whats wrong with me that would be really good. Thanks.

Yeah probably you need to check with your Doctor.
If you really have Tinnitus, there is no cure for it at the moment. However there are treatments you can use to treat your condition temporarily.
