IVE GOT A INNER EAR TROUBLE AND ITS MAKIN ME FEEL DIZY AS ANY ONE GOT IT AND WAT DOES IT MAKE U FEEL LIKE I ALSO AV RINGIN IN THE EARS AND AFFECKS MY BALANCE SO I DONT LIKE GOIN ANYWHERE

Hopefully, you are being treated for the ear infection.
You should first take a trip to an ear, nose, and throat doctor and explain your situation. He or she will send you to an audiologist for an audiometric evaluation and an ENG or VNG (electronystamography). This test evaluates the acoustic nerve, which aids with hearing and balance. The ringing in your ears is tinnitus, which can have a number of causes. Have you had any trauma to your ear? Wax build up? Do you consume a lot of caffeine or alcohol? There’s not much that can be done for tinnitus, but there are tinnitus retraining therapies available that may help.
