Pulsatile tinnitus after applying cyprofloxacine ear drops?

I can hear that annoying heartbeat sound every time I apply those ear drops. Should I be worried?

Speak to your doctor whom have prescribed you this medication. Even though tinnitus can arise in patients taking Ciprofloxacin, especially the elderly people, it still does not eliminate the possibility of other health problems. As in particular for pulsatile tinnitus are the carotid artery aneurysm or carotid artery dissection.
