Can MRI brain detect tinnitus head aches?

I’m a 17 y/o male who has experience tinnitus head aches for the last 1 and a half year, before it started i had really bad tension head aches that were so bad I went into panic attack. After going to emergency with 170 blood pressure and seeing doctors and a neurologist several times I still haven’t gotten the treatment I’ve been seeking. Personally I think it has to do with tmj problem because of clicking and sharp pains in the jaw. The neurologist ordered me and MRI brain that I had done dec. 30 but since I’ve made so many previous visitations to the neuro i figured they would call me if they saw anything important in the results. Still I have not been contacted to this day and I am tired of trying to help my self….any advice?

can tinnitus cause hearing loss?

or deafness ?

I am 20 now, but when I was 13, I started getting vertigo attacks and very loud constant ringing in my ears. fluctuating hearing loss too. I had all of the typical Meniere’s symptoms. including over the past 7 years a worsening brain-fog and depression.

I was diagnosed with "Meniere’s syndrome" at 15. last year I put on 60 pounds rapidly without change in diet. My thinking is becoming sluggish. I just got a blood test back, I have low cortisol, low progesterone, low testosterone, elevated TSH.. my doctor’s referred me to an endocrinologist, further blood tests, and a CT scan. This may not help at all, but prior to getting "Meniere’s" I remember waking up a lot with lower back pain

I’ve read that hypothyroidism can cause all of my symptoms – hearing loss, tinnitus, vertigo, weight gain, mental symptoms, tiredness, depression..I’m wondering if maybe I don’t HAVE Meniere’s Disease, is there is ANY possibility that a thyroid or hormone problem could be at the bottom of this ALL? And if so what is the prognosis for having had it so long, untreated? :/ thanks SO much

nope, I am having my t3 and t4 checked on monday!!

think it is by american author, heard it gives self help for people with tinnitus problems..

Ok so I’m a 15 year old girl, and back in September (when I was 14) the arthritis doctor said that I’ve got arthralgia. What’s that? I know its pain of the joints and all, but what’s the difference between arthralgia and arthritis? I’ve had this pain since I was about 10 (as far as I can tell, but it wasn’t so bad until the past few years) The physical therapist I was going to at the time tried to explain it to me, but I don’t get it. I got all the blood tests for arthritis done (and a whole bunch of other stuff) and I was a bit high in the Rh factor according to the doctor. What does that mean?

Sometimes I’m just fine and I don’t hurt, and other times like the past week or two I can’t stand the pain. I’m home schooled, so when I’m having pain I stay in bed all day lol. But for the past 2 months or so I haven’t been having many (if any) problems, and I convinced my mom that I’m fine and I don’t need any meds anymore. So, I have meds here that I can take, but quite honestly I don’t like taking pills because I don’t see immediate relief, and it takes a couple days to a few weeks to work! By the time the stupid meds decide to work, the pain is a bit better and I can go without meds!

But what can I do for now that doesn’t involve meds (excluding Tylenol) to make the pain go away? Right now it hurts the most in my left hip and knee, in my elbows and a bit in my shoulders. My hands and wrists hurt too, but that might be because I’m typing (I’m supposed to be doing a history project, but I can’t concentrate)

It’s getting really annoying! What can I do to help it? Like home remedies and exercises/stretches? My physical therapist had given me some exercises to do with my hands for relief and made braces for them, but I lost them somewhere in my closet and I don’t feel like going and hunting for them.

I also have severe allergies to outside things (grass, trees, dust, mold, animals etc), asthma (which is pretty much under control now) and really annoying tinnitus.

The doctor said it wasn’t growing pains because of the x-rays they took and the blood tests they did. She said that its quite possible that I’m developing arthritis and I’m in the early stages, or that I will possibly have arthritis in the future.

I think I’m cursed…

Also, one more thing – about my Tinnitus…is that from this stupid arthralgia curse? Or just from listening to my mp3 player to relax? Thanks for any help you can give me! :)

are there any home remidies to help my tinnitus?
