My right ear, clogged up and tinnitus?

Went to the doctors this morning, because my right ear felt.. clogged up, I already know I have tinnitus. She said that my right ear had quite a bit of wax in it. So she said that I should get some ear drops, so I got some EAREX and used it today x2.
The ear feels "less" clogged up, but my tinnitus in my right ear seems to be more noticeable?
Is this because of the wax ?

What can happen is that the wax melts and settles in a way that blocks it even more than when it started. Do not despair, keep on using the Earex. It might take 1-5 weeks to clear, but it’s worth it. Mostly 1 week should do it.
DO NOT poke inside your ear. There is a risk you will perforate your eardrum.

Wax and brain fog……….take a shower and rinse hard ur ears
