Is there a sure cure for Tinnitus, buzzing and noise in the ear without any external stimulation?

I have been suffering from tinnitus in my right ear since 10 yrs.Taking Vit E, and heavy dose of B12, Ginko Biloba were of no use.

As of this time there is no cure.
I have had it for a long time myself. Most of the time I can ignore it but sometimes it seems to be worse than others.
