Is it normal to have ear pain after mono?

I had mono back in November and I’m still having ear pain and tinnitus (ringing). How normal is this? When should my symptoms finally go away? or is it permanenet?

I don’t think that is normal. You should definitely see your doctor. Perhaps your ears were bothering your during the mono and it was overlooked and you might have some fluid in the inner ear still. My last bout with mono started out with a very painful ear infection but it thankfully cleared up, I hope yours does too!
