I think I have tinnitus? Ive tried to irrigate my ears, its been 4 days and it hasnt gone away?

I believe i have tinnitus because i can hear a pulse in my left ear. It started months ago and i guess i thought it was normal. It has begun to hurt. I tried buying some ear wax removal stuff, and today is the 4th day straight that ive used it. I think it is getting worse. What should i do? Should i go to a clinic or an ENT?

I strongly suggest that you stop using the ear wax removal lotion. Your sensation of pulse beating in your ear may not be due to ear wax. Ear wax removal may make it worse.
Do you have a history of wax hardening in your ears? If you do not have, then there is no reason you use the wax removal.
Do you have sinus or recently contracted any infection due to flu? Sometimes flu can cause inflammation inside you ear and spread to the base of your brain.
I think you should go to the clinic first and see if the pulse beat go away after a couple of week.
Having said that, the pulse beating could be due to Pulsatile tinnitus. Pulsatile tinnitus is actually the sound of your own pulse, blood flow or heartbeat. You can understand more about this at http://remedytinnitusinfo.com. I hope it helps.
