I have this sound in my head like a little ball moving buts that’s only when I move up and down. I have been on the laptop a lot and listen to music all the time. The ball is the only thing I hear and some times people have to speak up for me. How bad is it really like how would it affect my life? Could the ball sound be anything else?

I have a eustachian tube disorder which can be similar to tinnitus. There’s always too much pressure in my ear and there’s a thudding or crackling sound whenever there’s too much noise. Even hearing my own chewing can be too much to handle at times. It’s hard to talk to people because sometimes it’s hard to hear them with the constant thudding in your ear as they talk. It’s hard to concentrate on anything if it’s not quiet. It can be a real pain.
