This could be due to poorly controlled Hypothyroidism. Or you have some other Endocrine Disease, it is quite common to have multiple endocrine disease.
Please you see an Endocrinologist for your problems.

have you had your thyroid levels checked since being on the medication?....numbness and tingling sounds like some type of nerve problem, a neurologist is who I would see for that....I would probably have my blood glucose levels checked also, that can be done when you have blood drawn for thyroid level check.

Hi. What I see happening when I read in this section is it's very common for people to list a series of symptom and then assume they're all related, they have some horrible mega disease, and need specializied care immediately! It's almost always not the case.

For example, the combo of tinnitis and dizziness sounds like an inner ear problem, usually a viral infection, etc. This is very treatable. Another cause of this, especially when awakening, is hypotension (low blood pressure). Stress can aggravate either of these.

With your hands getting numb, if this only happens when you sleep, it's cleary something related to the WAY you sleep. And it's not necessarily the hands themselves - if you're under stress and your neck, shoulders are more rigid than usual, for example, this can result in numb hands and fingers because of alignment. I had 3 fingers go completely numb one morning and they stayed that way all day. A chiro fixed it in 2 visits.

The point in all this is that I honestly don't think you should be scared. Everything you mentioned has a simple explanation, most are triggerered or worsened by stress, and there's no obvious commonality. If you were diabetic, for example, there are other symptoms that would be much more obvious and would appear first.

So I'd suggest a good internist or family practitioner. I'm guessing most of these can be explained away and the worst you might expect would be, say, an ENT guy for ear issue if it can't be treated with antibiotics.

Please don't worry or get overwhelmed by this!

Hello I would be very concerned. I am so sorry to hear about what has been going on. I would def. go to a neurologist.
I saw an episode of mystery diagnosis where a lady would have severe headaches and a medal taste in her mouth, come to find out she had a spinal leak.
Some things I think that you should do before you see a Dr. ---Write down anything that has changed, diet, job, weight, etc. then write down all of your symptoms.
In my area we have such a thing as a free clinic, where doctors and nurses donate their time to help those who need help. Call around and ask some clinics if they have this in your area. The one in my area is open at night everyday, but only takes new patients on Tuesday evenings. But it is a start, to help you. And the one here has all types of specialties available. Good luck. I will keep you in my prayers.

you need to have your coritsol level checked either in a 24hr urine test or a blood test...to be on the safe side i would ask for both to be done..you may be suffering from adrenal fatigue..look it up online..its a very underground condition and most doctors don't believe its legit however i suffer from it and i certainly know that it can make you scared...most of your symptoms are what i go through everyday...talk to your doctor about it and ask for those tests..the primary cuase of adrenal fatigue is stress but it can be controlled with medication and other things...cuz i know simply sayin reduce your stress level is ALOT easier said than done..

You may not be finding one solution for your problems because they may be caused by more then one problem.

Hair falling out (especially if it's dry and coarse) may still be from thyroid, so have that checked again. Is the hair falling out in clumps or as several strands? Clumps may be thyroid the lesser amounts may be due to stress. We all have hair fall out on a regular basis but stress can make this process somewhat faster.

If you had coughing, large amounts of phlegm and breathing and digestive problems I would say have yourself checked for cystic fibrosis. Salty skin is common with this condition. On the other hand stress may cause you to be perspiring more and sweat is salty, so this also may be caused by stress.

The dizziness, if it's true vertigo- either you or the room spinning and the tinnitus may be coming from your ears. It's common to wake up with these symptoms because allergies or other mild respiratory conditions may cause a small amount of fluid to get trapped behind your ear drum. It could take several days for this fluid to reabsorb.

This will cause mild dizziness, tinnitus, and lightheadedness from hyperventilation. This is very easily resolved from prescription steroid (they're very safe) nasal spray. It takes a while to work but is effective.

The hands falling asleep may be due to either bilateral carpel tunnel, if you're on a computer a lot or using your hands a lot (working in a factory, sewing, knitting etc) on an ongoing basis during the day. This is more likely if the "falling asleep" is happing on the hands only and not the arms.

If you get it in your arms too but only when asleep it's most likely the position in which you are sleeping, on stomach with hand under the pillow it the most common, but some people get it when sleeping on their back and their arms over their head ( you may not know you're sleep this way).

All of these problems can be addressed by a good internist. Make a list of these questions and take them to your doctor. None of them sound serious.

By the way being "light headed" or feeling a bit like you're someplace else is very common with stress and anxiety and is often due to hyperventilation, which you may not even know you're doing. Make dealing with stress one of your questions.
Good luck
