How long does it take before i Know that it's permanent tinnitus?

I was wondering how long it could take before it’s permanent tinnitus.
What is the Maximum?

It is never permanent unless it is due to a physical injury. It is a nutritional deficiency, toxic condition due to bad dental work that is rampant in the U.S. today with so called "modern dentistry" that is leaving many people to deal with various illnesses due to the bad chemicals and practices dentists using their "standard of care" practices.

I would wait a few days. I have permanent tinnitus and when there is complete silence, dear god how it is very annoying. Unfortunately there is no relief, at least medical relief that I know of that can be given to you. As long as you can still hear normally when there isn’t silence, I could only suggest that you learn to live with it if it is permanent.
