Ask a doctor. If it’s been going on for 3 weeks, it MUST be serious. A general indication whether a disease/condition will go away or not is after a week. 3 weeks is too long, it may be too late.
How worst?It will be worst, it can cause hearing loss.Please seek medical help to cure tinnitus from you and if it cure, you’ll live happily ever after.
It’s unusual to suffer from Tinnitus for that length of time without improvement. You may be suffering from something more sinister than you realize. I’d recommend you consult with your family doctor to find out if there is any under lying problems with your condition.
