Ear plug tinnitus question?

I suffer from tinnitus and i was wondering if i wore ear plugs to a club I’m going to Sunday would it make me 100% safe from intaking more damage to my ear. Thanks in advanced!

Hearing protection will help. There is nothing that will make it 100% safe. You are subject to noise every day. Most of the time you are not aware of it. I believe anything above 85 decibels does harm to your hearing especially if it is constant.
Ear plugs will go a long way to help but not 100%
