I think you are correct, from what I think though, the drug interaction can be from the salsalate therapy interacting with the Ca Carb and Na Bicarb as well as the Na Lact, what makes you think specifically Na Bicarb.They all interfere with the renal excretion dependent on the pH.

sodium bicarb is interacting with haloperidol be increasing the amount of drug in the blood. I believe by making it more soluable. your welcome
