does anyone know of a cure for tinnitus caused by stress?

obviously the stress is what i should be getting rid of but I want to know how stress causes tinnitus, That is my real question. Thanks to all in advance

Hi, many deaf people get tinnitus. Myself included on some occassions. Again doctors orders are – to rest. No doctors or ear specialists I know are aware of the true causes for tinnitus or glue ear which I sometimes suffer from also. One of my friends gets tinnitus frequently – she rests each day in the afternoon & moved to the countryside. I think I remember her saying it helps to be in a healthy & peaceful environment – not too much pollution & not around too much noise. Not easy to live with I know but take it easy. Also try some meditation.
Hello. Believe this so not but did you know i have just been to a doctors lecture and it was boring lol but they said that most people who get sick from anything are caused by stress bringing it on. I was reading the same thing on the net as i just did a search on tinnitus caused by stress. It can start by any stress. Hope this helps. Good luck.
