Do you always get instant relief after a chiropractic adjustment.?

I have been having chiropractic adjustments for years with lots of success,but, I change locations often,due to my husbands type of work,which means, I have been to many different chiropractors, some are fantastic, instant relief,others have no effect at all.When my neck is out of allignment I have splitting headaches and my tinnitus is unbearable,a new symptom I have not had before is pins and needles in my left fingers,are these symptoms common with other sufferers.

You should tell your doctor about your symptoms. Pins and needles is typically a sign of nerve compression. You may need an MRI of your neck to rule out a disc bulge, or other pathology that is responsible for your symptoms.
