		<description>You know some other things to check out would be low blood sugar and/or low blood pressure. These wouldn&#039;t directly relate to your ear problems but could be outside sources of the dizziness. It could also be a build up of fluid/mucus in your ears and sinus cavities that has gotten impacted or infected. I would talk to my general care physician and ask for some lab tests and a physical.</description>
