		<description>when you exercise you blood pressure and heart rate change so that would be why the noise is different - your putting a bigger pressure on the part of your body that connects your brain to your ear (hence more noise)

the headache part is a bit unusual though - maybe you need to breath more or something wiht your workouts, you should not get THAT much pressure in your head when working out

tinnitus is a annoying but unless its starts to sound differently then you have nothing to worry about

and dont stress over it, my tinnitus has been constant for years but you learnt to deal with it</description>
