Otherwise (and most likely), there is more than one cause. Tinnitus is frequently cause by taking too much aspirin, or aspirin containing products (ie. for pain, headaches, etc)... It would be good see a doctor and talk about all of these things. The only way all of these could be caused by the same one thing, is (perhaps) by a medication you are taking (or by multiple medications that you are taking).

Otherwise (and most likely), there is more than one cause.
