Hi there
,
I Recently went to the dentist about a wisdom tooth with an infection, well i did not know it was an infection until i was told, but i do feel for you, its so painful as you descriped the ear ache, shooting pains on the side of your face
, i was hoping to get my tooth pulled out but i had a chip in it so instead he put in a temp filling made from anti-septic which took the pain away straight away and i am on anti biotics witch also stops the pain and when the infection has gone his going to put in a perm filling , but you have it in lucky
, as soon as that tooth has been numbed and removed you will feel NO PAIN what so ever, the earache and shooting pains will completley stop. your tooth will be a little bit sore from it being pulled out but it will be a complete relief from the pain you had before, trust me, and the soreness will go after a day.
good luck with your tooth, don’t forget to get it back to put under your pillow :p and by the way not sure if you know or not but having a painful tooth removed actually feels amazing at the time, it does not hurt at all, just take a ipod or something to drown out the noise of the tooth being pulled out which makes me cringe xD, good luck x
