Can earwax cause tinnitus?

If it can why does it cause tinnitus? Ear wax doesnt damage the inner ear does it?

Yes, ear wax can actually cause the symptom of tinnitus because of the pressure it can add to the inner ear but does not cause damage. I just read an article regarding this exact subject. I believe you may find it helpful! Hope you feel better!
No it can’t cause tinnitus and it doesn’t damage the inner ear.
