blockage along with Tinnitus?

Unfortunately, Ive recently been diagnosed with tinnitus due to the exposure of my ipod. So the constant ringing is quite an annoyance. However recently Ive also begun experiencing periods of blockage and a slight throbbing in my ear on occasion. Is it worth going back to the doctor to get checked? As far as I know I havent found a symptom associated with this in of an exposure to an Ipod.
Anyway, any help would be appreciated with this.

Im no doctor but the blockage and throbbing maybe related to wax build up, which inturn causes pressure in your ear.
I had a blockage once and it was caused, similarly to you, through having my mp3 player cranked to high (the wax build up when it tries to protect your ear drum), the doc squirted hit water into my ear to dislodge the wax and I could hear clearly again.
Ask the doctor if he can syringe your ears (dont worry its not painful as it sounds)
