I’ve had tinnitus for over 2 years now and im sick of the sound please help me

Does anyone that has tinnitus find it is worse in the morning? I’ve no idea why, i have recently discovered i had injured my vertebrae, some were misaligned and had damaged my rhomboid muscles, and a couple in my neck, these were casing headaches which have now gone thank god, but can this type of injury cause tinnitus anyway as the tinnitus came on suddenly after a holiday where the injury occured. My ears (the outer parts above the lobe etc i.e where you put an earring and above) hurt sometimes also why is this? Please help doctor doesn’t know!!

its hard for me to sleep at night. becuase of the tinnitus. but can my dehundifier help with it. it’s a little loud but will it help.
