I’ve heard there’s no medicine to cure this? So how do we deal with it?

i have meniere’s disease and no syptoms exept ringing of my ears or tinnitus, and its is bothering me too much i cant work or hera people say, can somebody tell me some methode or some therapy to reduce it? thanks in advance

I’ve been informed by my doctor that I’ve got a Viral Ear infection (Not bacterial yet, so no damage to the ear drum or behind the drum, just an inflammation in the ear). The most disturbing sympton I’m getting is the constant ringing. Does the ringing clear up with the infection? If not, how much longer does it take for the ringing to subside?

I’ve had a hearing test, allergy skin & blood tests done. All good. My primary doctor sent me to a specialist & in turn they send me to yet another & so on. No one can help me. I have a fullness & ringing in the ear that wont go away.

For the past year I’ve developed the following symptoms: Tinnitus (every other day) ear aches especially when tinnitus is strong, sinus drainage, post nasal drip and a bitter metallic taste in my throat as well as bad anxiety, and muslce cramps across my chest and upper back, Also GERD. Does anybody know what I might have? Are these symptoms related?
