I have had my ears professionally cleaned out, but it didn’t take care of the ringing. Are there any other things I can try?

My comes and goes and almost feel like it’s caused by some substance I am eating or drinking!
Mine comes and goes and I almost think it is caused by something I am eating or drinking!

My mum is very sensitive to electro-magnetic fields such as Wifi and mobile phones. Some of her symptoms are head aches, stiff neck, tinnitus and when its really bad she feels like someone is pressing on her nose. Is there any way to prevent or dampen down these effects?

Recently I experienced ringing my ears briefly, almost every night, or at least once a week. It’s for a short time.

Today for the first time it wont stop, it started about 2 hours ago and it is coming on and off. I might just be paranoid and imagining it sometimes, but I’m wondering if I have tinnitus and what causes it. Could I possibly be going deaf…I’m 18. Thanks in advance.

I have had Tinnitus for years but just lately it has become very loud & very stressful. I would love any tips on how to cope with it. Thanks.

I am not alone then with this cursed thing.
I have had Tinnitus since my early 20s after I burst my ear drum. But this year the Tinnitus has become a lot worse & hard to mask out. I all so have it in my other ear but not as bad. This year it gets higher levels of noise through out the day where as before it was high pitched but at one level.
I forgot to say I am 57 now. Good to fellow suffers.

I was injured in when a car rear ended me. Her insurance company paid the doctor and physical therapy bills and reimbursed me for medication while treated by the PT. I suffer tinnitus which is horrible. The doctor prescribed anti anxiety and depression meds. to cope with the terrible buzzing. Now when I take my receipts into the office the adjuster is never available. (over a month now). The adjuster will be there but they tell me the adjuster is out of the office. The adjuster finally phoned after a month and said the check was in the mail. No check arrived. At first the adjuster would simply cut a check for the meds. Now it is obvious the adjuster is forcing me to hire an attorney.

It is just frightening to watch my grandmother suffering to cope with the ear ringing! That is not the worst though, as she battles to get her general health seems to be getting worse. It appears that because she is so stressed and up tight, she doesn’t get to sleep for long and nowdays seems to pick up almost every sickness that is going around. My theory is that this related to the tinnitis? I am looking for a tinnitus cure right now.
