Yesterday, as i got up from my bed i got light-headed and i know it was from low blood pressure from getting up to fast (postural hypotension) but i also got a loud hissing sound (tinnitus) in my ear and i never ever have gotten this before when i get lightheaded i usually just get tunnel vision. Why did i get this hissing sound? How does low blood pressure effect the ears?

I have a terrible ringing in my ears and the doctor doesn’t seem to be making much progress. While waiting between visits I would like to try some things on my own. Are there any online programs you could recommend?

Okay, so, my friend and I went out to shoot his new gun on Tuesday, June 9th, that he bought that day. It is basically an exact copy of the military issued M16 plus or minus a few accessories. I have not shot a rifle before and he forgot ear plugs. I did not know that I should use ear plugs while shooting a rifle, I barely hunt and I have shot a shot gun and a .22 before. Anyways, I shot 30 rounds with the gun and it was extremely loud. I told him about the ringing and he said that it should be gone in about a day or two. However, it is now Saturday, June 13 and the ringing still has not gone away. Are there any possible remedies that I would be able to get? Simple, complicated, techniques to do, things to eat, etc?

ok, so my doctor put me on paxil 20mg but he told me to take half the pill for 4 days and then the whole pill after. the reason why he prescribe me that is because of my anxiety and mild ocd!!
the thing is i have done some research online about this drug and i have found more neg then positive things about it
.
so far i haven’t had any bad side effects except for restless leg syndrome! but i have read about brain zaps, tinnitus, headaches and also that withdrawal symptoms are really bad
..
i don’t know if i should keep taking this drug or find something natural instead?? i heard exercise helps?? any other remedies?
another thing i am in the process of finding good psychologist to get some therapy since i heard it also helps? does it?
also has anyone taken paxil and actually had a good experience???
