obviously the stress is what i should be getting rid of but I want to know how stress causes tinnitus, That is my real question. Thanks to all in advance

Tinnitus can be cured.

I have tinnitus from listening to loud music through headphones for years. I’ve stopped listening on the headphones, but I was wondering, if I listen to music a couple hours a day on my stereo (with the sound at regular volume), will I irritate my tinnitus or lose my hearing?

I also wanted to mention that I have no hearing loss yet, only tinnitus.

What are all the ways to get Tinnitus?

What are ALLLL the ways to get Tinnitus? (the ringing in your ears)
you can’t just wake up one day and have it right?
and before you get it you have symptoms right? what are they? you don’t just suddenly get it right? thank you

how do you cope with meniere and tinnitus?

My father has been suffering from both but mostly from tinnitus. Is there a real cure for tinnitus?

I have massive allergies right now and im about to start taking claratin and nasonex will tinnitus go away if i can get these allergies under control. My doctor said allergies can be making it happen and if it didnt go away in two weeks to go back.

I have been suffering from tinnitus for the past few months, don’t know why it started or how, I just know it sucks! I also have panic disorder now, and it is worse because of the tinnitus. I have heard of this new over the counter Lipo-Flavonoid and was wondering if anyone has had any experiences with it. Thanx in advance!

Can a person go crazy or whatever with tinnitus?

For the past 15 years now I have had tinnitus or ringing in the ears which seems to be getting worse. Are there any known cures for tinnitus?

I’m 21 and for 5 years have had extremely loud constant tinnitus in my right ear due to Meniere’s Disease. I haven’t had a good night’s sleep for literally ages. I don’t hear very well out of my right ear, though my left ear is normal.

So I was wondering if maybe, possibly, it might be possible to have a better sleep without sleeping pills? and HOW ? :|

thanks so much

What causes Tinnitus?

I was born with tinnitus (ringing in the ears). I thought it was normal and the earliest I remember having it was when I was two years old. My parents bought my hearing aids because as I got older my hearing became slightly bad. I inherited it from my mom, but it is not NEARLY as bad as my mom. The hearing aids do not help and they bother my ears making them itchy. I had two diffrent types of molds too. I hear crackling sometimes too. It sounds like sparks flying everywhere. What causes this? Like, I dont mean stuff like loud noises etc, I mean like what makes me (and others) hear this? I’d just like to know. Thanks.
