i started with sneezing and runny nose, i presumed allergy, then i had tinnitus, which followed with pain at the back of the ear, pain inside of the ear, went to drs, gave me antibiotic drops, told me the ear was red, pains in jaw are, and front of face, all left side, been back to drs, have to see ent take 7 months, now it seems pain going into other ear, with tinnitus, and front of neck, flying soon an very worried, what it can be, dr put me on amatryptyline 20mg, which helps with pains in the head, but baffled what could go from one ear to the other. and will i have pain flying, one trip to france, other to turkey, gratefull for any response
The smoke detector in the office I was working in went off. It was really loud and beeped twice before I put my fingers in my ears to cover them up.
Now my right ear has a slight ringing in it.
The smoke detector was probably about 7-10 feet away from me.
Will this go away?
I have constant "ringing" in both my ears, and some problems with balance, ever since I had an inner ear infection 7 years ago.
My sister and I both had tinnitus since we were very little.
I know what causes it; I just want to know if it’s possible to have it all the time.
i’ve always wondered this but i see people listen to music through earphones everyday of their lives for like years to full volume music and are fine but i heard you could get tinnitus from loud music. so it seems like it takes a lot to get it or hearing damage so how much does it take? my friends listen to loud music for hours. some people have done it everyday for years and are fine! so confused
I believe i have tinnitus because i can hear a pulse in my left ear. It started months ago and i guess i thought it was normal. It has begun to hurt. I tried buying some ear wax removal stuff, and today is the 4th day straight that ive used it. I think it is getting worse. What should i do? Should i go to a clinic or an ENT?
